Privacy policy

Effective October 3, 2026. This policy covers bruceyoung.agency, the website of Bruce J Young Pre Need Consulting.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send through the request form or by email: your name, phone number, ZIP code and, if you add them, your email address, preferences and message. The form also records which page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link, so Bruce knows how you found the site. The web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

How it is used

To answer your request and to plan with you if you decide to go ahead. Text messages are sent only if you tick the separate optional box, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Who receives it

Form requests go to a private Google Sheet kept for Bruce by the person who manages this website, and Google emails Bruce a notice; Google acts as a service provider. After this site checks the form, your browser sends it to Google directly, so Google also receives your internet address, as with any visit to a Google page. A backup copy may also be kept in a private database on this site's hosting account. Only Bruce and the website's manager can read them, and they are used only to answer your request. To limit spam, the site keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address, never the address itself. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long it is kept

Requests that do not lead to a plan are deleted within two years. Records of a plan are kept as long as the law and the agreement require.

Privacy rights for California residents

California residents may ask to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold, and to limit its use. We will not treat you differently for asking. Send requests to byoung@inglewoodpark.org or call 310-986-2860. We respond within 45 days.

Browser privacy signals

Because this site does no cross-site tracking, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how it works, and we honor them as a request not to sell or share.

Children

This site is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version and its effective date will appear on this page.
